Dear Sender,

Thank you for your feedback of mjoy.com.

mjoy lives and breathes customer satisfaction – that's why your feedback is
so important and appreciated. As the mjoy community has grown enormously,
our small team receives ever-increasing amounts of mail. Because of this,
unfortunately, we are unable to personally answer every E-mail. We
appreciate your understanding of our situation.

Should you have questions regarding mjoy operation, you can also ask the
mjoy community by posting your question using the yellow "Post It" widget.
Most questions are quickly answered in this way.

For our most frequently asked questions, we have prepared a few answers to
help you get the most out of your mjoy experience.

Sincerely,

Your mjoy team

FAQ

1. I don't have any more credits.

When you are out of mjoy credits, you may not send free SMS messages. But
don't worry, mjoy gives out millions of credits every day, 365 days a year,
so you'll never be without free credits for long. When you log-in the next
day, you'll have new credits waiting for you. If that isn't enough, you
can take advantage of one of our partners' offers to get new credits. The
offers are advertised on the mjoy portal and are easily found.

2. I sent an SMS, but the intended recipient never got it.

With mjoy, you can send unlimited free SMS in over 160 countries.

However, just like with the postal service, in a very few cases it can take
a bit longer for an SMS to arrive, or – in very rare instances - it may
even become lost entirely. This may happen due to a number of factors that
are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend that you re-send your
SMS if you've had a problem, and it should then arrive as scheduled!

3. mjoy reacts slowly, or not at all.

At times the mjoy site can load very slowly, making our customers
impatient. But it makes our technicians even more impatient, so if mjoy is
not performing correctly you can be assured one of our staff is working on
it, day or night...

4. I want to change my language settings in mjoy

mjoy uses the telephone number you entered to register to determine your
language – so, if you used a German telephone number to register your
language is automatically set to German. But it's easy to change, if you
don't wish to keep your settings. Just go to "Settings" (in the silver
widget), and you can change your language settings!
